SALT LAKE CITY (TCG) -- So many days go by and the current consumers of today believe that there is no rebuttal to pricing. When a customer gets a quote, they usually go out and get a few more. They then finalize their purchase on the lowest bidder, with out calling back the first couple bidders to find out if their lowest price could be beaten.
The Copier Group refuses to be the company that doesn’t get your business. With over 20 years of quality sales and service, do you think that we want to lose our future customers to the poor competition that’s out there today? Of course not. This is why we have placed our customers on a pedestal, letting them know that if you get a bid by another copier dealer; you should give us a call back.
There is a great chance that we could save you money on the deal and give you a higher quality product than anyone out there. We believe in our product so much that we know you’ll be back for more. Here is a little secret that most of the copier companies don’t want you to know about Ricoh.
Our systems are so advanced that the competition can’t keep up. We produce our engines for our multifunctional systems at a higher speed, then slow them down to meet our customers printing and copying needs; as well as market value.
Our competition takes their systems that are a lower, slower speed and then over clocks them to make them faster. The reason for this is product is produced at a lower cost and they make more money in the long run.
The sad reality is that you get stuck with a copier that breaks down more frequently and that hurts your productivity. So yes, we spend more money on our systems to keep them working and running more efficiently. Why? Because it makes us the best, yes, number 1 in the world, when brand-X is only number 4. But, number 4 is not bad for the competition, when selling garbage in a pretty case with lots of marketing material to back it up.
